Sleepless nights & No A/C

Air conditioning didn’t work, sometimes did and then stopped… we felt warm air being pushed through vents 🙄. Bed in bedroom near front door was falling apart based on all the noise it made when I moved to get comfortable. It was just I in that room and my mom had the other. Kevin was great, really hard to reach anyone in their office 🙄

Very good on all aspects exceptthere could have been more kitchen ware such as pots and pans and plates ,glasses ,and cutting knives
