The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! We felt safe walking to and from the malls and you just have to be aware of your surroundings or you could get run over by a moped or car. The food in the hotel was delicious! "

"Many things that was neglected which made my stay uncomfortable.
1. Mouldy toilet walls
2. Dirty toilet bowls
3. Broken tissue box
4. Dirty mini fridge that froze anything placed inside
5. I called to ask for extra pillows and told I couldn't have any.
6. Ask for extra towel to swim with and I had to pay $4sgd for a poor quality towel with a stain and literally falling apart.
I suggest put lesser people in the breakfast area and more people in the cleaning area. Too many staff doing nothing when theres a lot to be done.

"Convenient location right near the Grand Indonesia mall in central Jakarta. Stay was comfortable and the room was very spacious with living and dining spaces. Elevators were an issue at times as they would stall, but the stay was generally good overall."
