「We stayed at this hotel as a family of five. The facilities were good—clean and functional. However, our initial experience was frustrating. Despite booking for five people, we were given a room with only two single beds, which was clearly inadequate. When we raised the issue, we were told that the hotel didn’t have a setup for five guests, which was surprising and disappointing (as five star hotel). As a gesture, they offered us free breakfast, which was appreciated but didn’t solve the core...
