Cozy beautiful secluded cabin

Amazing and beautiful views of Michigans most scenic landscapes. The property was just as described and even had some unexpected wildlife visitors visible from the yard, LOTS of deer!

Just So Lovely

Skovhus was an incredible stay—beautifully designed, serene, and equipped with every amenity needed for comfort. The property strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and cozy charm, and the way the views are situated to the outdoors is stunning. Management communication was excellent, making the experience seamless. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Experience

We enjoyed our time at Skovhus as it was a wonderful property in a perfect location. Close to the beach & downtown Saugatuck; well-appointed house & incredibly well stocked with spices, coffee bar, teas, etc.; cozy and very clean! We had everything we needed and will be returning as soon as we can.

Modern Cabin

Property was very modern and stylish. As my wife said, you feel like you can enjoy nature without being in nature. Very close to the beach, walked there no problem with my 4 and 5 year old. Holland is an easy drive and there is much to do.

Perfect Relaxing Weekend

Hi- we had the opportunity to stay at skovhus and absolutely loved our time there! For us, it checked all the boxes- secluded in the woods (for the relaxing vibe), close to the beach and downtown, clean and updated home, and enough space for our two young kids to explore and have their own areas. What was also appreciated was all the info provided to us by the management team prior to our stay so we could thoughtfully plan out our trip. We will definitely be returning sometime soon!

Luxurious Oasis

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we were blown away with the beauty and amenities this property offered. Art Coast, did and amazing job making sure every detail was perfect, and everything was thought of. We loved cooking in the gourmet kitchen, and relaxing in the spa bathroom. The home is situated in a stunning private forest setting and we loved watching wild deer and other creatures from the comfort of the living room. While the house feels secluded, it is so close to all things Saugatuck; the beach, downtown, hiking and much more. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

A cozy, winter getaway

Our holiday in skovhus was everything we hoped for -- & more! Mother Nature brought us snow globe snow, making for the perfect backdrop for cozy days spent in front of the fire. The warm glow of the Christmas tree was an extra special surprise! The accommodations were clean, modern, and very inviting. Looking forward to a return to skovhus!
