Within walking distance to a few beach bars and walked over to Maho Beach too a few times. The pool was nice (warm) and had plenty of seating, always a few seats available. “The staff was all very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the property restaurant was good. Pool area and lobby clean. I definitely recommend anyone coming to Saint Martin to stay here. I wish I would've gotten a balcony room. ”

“I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.”

“This is a fabulous place to stay, it's quiet but within walking distance to a little excitement, great places to eat. You can take a 10 minute drive to more action if you wish. Excellent water sports on the beach. The room was clean had all the supplies you could need to cook yourself a meal if you want. (Food is a little pricey since it is an island). But delicious.”
