Close to Downtown Historic Savannah

Great place, very clean and comfortable, 6 minutes to Historic Savannah riverfront, comfortable King bed!

Great accommodations!

The property was modern, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible! The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Check in and checkout was easy. And a heads up... properties on the first floor do not have the Juliette doors but the ease of accessibility from the parking garage for my 93 year old mother far outweighed not having the Juliette doors! We would definitely stay here upon return visit!

When we arrived, the security gate was broken. It remained broken for five days, leaving the entire building unsecured including the elevator.On the 4th day of our 12 day stay, the dishwasher leaked water on the floor and did not work. It was still broken when we left 8 days later.Otherwise, our stay was good.

Apt in Savannah

The apartment was very nice; however it was difficult to figure out the high tech thermostat. it would’ve been nice to have instructions nearby. Also, the first VRBO picture shows French doors, so we were under the assumption the apartment had French doors. It did not. Also, since we were there during Christmas, we had hoped to see at least a small tree. The staff indicated some customers were not comfortable with Christmas decorations. What about those people that “are comfortable” with Christmas decorations? We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s over Christmas and they were always decorated. Lastly, the codes getting into the different gates and front door was a bit overwhelming. We had a few other VRBO customers asking us to let them in the gate because they forgot the code. We did like the location and the overall layout of the apartment, however. during Christmas.

Safe location/perfect for walking

We were able to walk from the condo to River street, broughton, and city market. It’s a little under 2 miles to the river but the walk is very accessible. It’s very near to Forsyth Park and the famous fountain!The location is near many great restaurants and a Kroger. We also drive to Tybee Island for a day and it wasn’t far at all. Overall, the location was great and we always felt safe walking to our locations.
