Location was great. A lot of construction noise and street. Unit met our needs although refrigerator was out did have a small refrigerator unit we mafe it work. Unit needs to be updated some fresh paint would go a long way.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not gonna lie, it was a little toasty at first, but we quickly found the dehumidifier, emptied it, turned it on and left for the day. When we got back it was SO much cooler and we didn't have any issues with being hot. The location makes it SO easy to walk anywhere in the park/historic/river districts. We were never concerned for our safety while staying here and the parking was great. It is perfect for a small group of people, weekend getaway, or even for a small family. When I did reach out about a towel rack falling, the company was very quick to email me back and very professional. No complaints from us!

This property was in a great location! Only 1 block from Forsyth and walkable everywhere else! It had everything we needed for our stay, so we were very comfortable. Having our car on a carport was great! I'd recommend staying here!

Convenient location

Comfortable and cozy apartment. Great location and very close to many historic sites. Many sites and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Would book this rental again and recommend to anyone.

It would be hard to find a greater location. A beautiful park a block away in one direction. A Kroger supermarket a block away in another direction and at least two excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking is a breeze. However, the water pressure in the shower is a little better than a dribble. The accommodation is right in line with it’s reasonable price. If someone is expecting modern luxury, then look elsewhere. Would we stay there again, I would say yes.
