Great property in the heart of Savannah

This was a great location in a historic property. It was well appointed, even with a high chair and a Pack and Play for our infant grandson. We just wish we had booked for additional nights to explore the city. Area is very safe and walkable. Kroger and Starbucks next block over. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house

We were only in for a short time but the home was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed! Location was perfect, only about a 15 minute walk to the park and start of the historic districts of Savannah. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay for a girls weekend!

I stayed at this property for a girls weekend and it was very conveniently located. The neighborhood was great and there was free parking right in front of the house which was great! It was a little far to walk most places but Ubers were all super cheap.

Savannah-Lynyrd Skynyrd Family Getaway

Very convenient, clean and cozy home...just right for a small family or group of friends. Kroger is right around the corner!! Beautify Forsyth Park is a couple blocks over, with amazing Savannah architecture to view along the way.

Perfect Location

Loved the apartment- was super close to Forsyth Park. There was a cute Coffee-Tea shop on the corner and right around the corner was a Krogers. The evenings were quiet, which is what we were looking for. Be sure and check out the Downtowner app.

Family vacation in Savannah

We chose this property because it said there was a crib and high chair. There was no high chair when we arrived but David provided a brand new chair the following morning. Great location. Great responsive host.

Cute, Clean, and Comfortable

Very cozy, comfortable and clean place. It had everything we needed and was in a wonderful location. We had one issue with the pull out sofa, but that was resolved quickly and graciously with one phone call, even late on a Sunday night. That was excellent customer service. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this charming home.

Comfort and Charm

Older home beauty and quirks, with modern amenities. Nice neighborhood. You will hear upstairs neighbors walking around on those hardwood floors but if they get too loud, there is an ordinance that prohibits loud noise past 10 PM. Hosts were easy to reach and gave clear instructions. The porch is very nice and there was usually a good breeze.

Cute House

Overall we enjoyed the house in Savannah. The location was close to the Park and you could walk to River Street if you wanted some exercise! The front porch was lovely to sit out on with your morning coffee which you could get from the corner coffee shop which was very cute. Be aware though that they are closed on Saturday's. The parking pad out back is nice, but small for two cards (it is shared amongst another house). The only real concern was that there was some bugs on the kitchen counter that kept appearing. Not sure what they were. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Great location and great property

The property was exactly as listed. It was in a great location in walking distance to so many great places. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We mainly used it for breakfast. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We were concerned about needing more than 1 space for parking but the street in front of the house had plenty of spaces. The front porch was defintely our favorite place to be!!

Charming historic house with updated kitchen & baths. Lovely neighborhood and close to everything.

Historic house with original floors, pocket doors, some hardware, and french lattice doors to the front porch. Kitchen and baths were updated. Very clean. Quiet street. Coffee shoppe at the end of the block and Krogers around the corner. Forsyth Park 4 blocks away. A lovely get-away.

Beautiful, quaint area

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We chose this spot for a girls’ trip and were very pleased with the apartment. The only “issue” we had was that there was not a pull out couch as listed. When we notified the property manager of this, he promptly resolved our problem as we did need the extra sleeping space. Two brand new air mattresses were purchased, along with new sheets and bedding and brought to us promptly. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Best Host Possible

We stayed in David's home in Savannah for a few days while we explored Savannah and Hilton Head a few weeks ago. The home was built at the turn of the century and still has some of the original designs including gorgeous hardwood flooring. The front porch overlooks a beautiful tree lined street and is perfect for early morning coffee. Although it is not quite within walking distance to historical areas of Savannah for us, it is within walking distance to a nice Kroger, corner cafe and dollar store. More energetic visitors may be able to walk to Savannah's historical downtown. Parking is super easy and that is definitely a great benefit. David was the perfect host and communicated with us before we arrived and during our stay. We had one very small issue and he responded immediately and took care of it. We would definitely recommend this home for a relaxing, interesting stay in Savannah!
