Excellent!

We went In September and the weather was perfect. The island was not crowded at all. We didn't have to pay to park anywhere and were able to walk everywhere. We highly recommended Pier 16 - the restaurant closest to the condo. Delicious!

Good option, depending on what you are looking for

Communication and check in/out was crazy easy. This is in a residential area but that was fine with us, still very close to everything. The building was clean and modern other than a couple of ants but nothing alarming. My only real complaint was that the online description listed a pool on site and a share pool with their other properties. There was only a shared pool. From this property it was just a couple blocks away but I was expecting an onsite option.

Cozy stay

Pretty condo, very clean and neat. Check in was easy, communication was great. Basic amenities were included including shampoo and soap. As others have pointed out, parking is tight, but we didn't have any trouble. Honestly, most places on Tybee have tight parking so we didn't feel this was a negative. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was bigger than it looked online which was cool. Kinda shabby, though, could use basic deep clean and paint. Watch going into the unit, it’s a higher than average size step up. Parking is horribly tight. Dishwasher leans a bit and may need straightening to close it. Very close to beach.

Good Property

This little condo was just what we needed for our little stay at Tybee. Only issue we encountered was parking. It’s very tight and hard to pull out of the designated parking spot. We were warned Overall though it was clean and roomy.

Great location on the south end of the island. Close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and pier. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. Sand on the sofas. A macaroni in the sink drain. Oooops

Very nice vacation rental.

My sister and I had a wonderful week in this rental. The condo was roomy and had the basic supplies. We would have preferred a keypad or two sets of keys, as sometimes we would go out at different times. This condo is in a perfect location. It’s just a few blocks from the ocean, the pool, shopping, and many restaurants. The only time we had to get my car was to go to the north end of the island. Everything else was easy walking distance. We were able to watch the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the back river. Although we don’t know if we will ever return to Tybee, my sister and I said we are not hesitate to rent the same way place again.

Amazing winter space

The property location is amazing, walk to ocean CLOSE, food, exercise, shopping, everything you need. Arrived for a 31-night stay. GREAT rate in January. Parking was fine for our one small Honda Civic. Keypad entry-style dated. Even notes to us to close it assumes you might have a problem, so they should just change the method. Got a call the 2nd day we arrived from host manager. One thing VRBO is supposed to be owner manager as advertising suggests with "Coach" commercial. No. Said they were coming Thursday to paint for HOA.They came every single day and remodeled the exterior of the entire place. I called and asked when done and texts with total no answer. No idea what the HOA is doing she said. They some days blocked our car in and we were the ONLY car in the lot with their materials. Very nice guys working but come on. Peered in the windows, worked or cleaned up into the evening. I have 14 recordings if very loud noice on all different days and nights and photos.. The only days they did not show up in front of our window was when for the 1st time there was snow!! We were stuck again. I did not alwaya feel safe or comfortable. Changed ceilinga fans w another crew. It just never ended. We should have been able to receive a discount or the owners' information to get more information and we could have switched our lodging.No indication online off remodeling.
