GREAT LOCATION

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft/apartment was right in the center of the historic district and in walking distance to everything. Even the riverfront was only a few blocks away. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Thank you Southern Belle for being a great host!!

This is a great place with all the amenities you would need. Location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic district. The only complaint is the comfort of the couches in living room, but since we were rarely there it was not a huge deal. The beds were AMAZING!

In the center of everything

Great location; walgreens literally next door just in case you forgot anything. 100+ shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only downside is no free parking. I suggest parking at the garage accross the street and walking everywhere you need to go.

We loved our rental on W Broughton St. It was a perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to see, including Forsyth Park. Loved the layout of the space, as it was myself, my partner, and his parents. Was a perfect fit for 4 adults. The only downside is the sound in the alley where the dumpsters are emptied at 5am, but the property managers provide sound machines to drown out the noise.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The suite was as described and centrally located/walkable to local shopping, restaurants, and more. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators. Our only complaints are things that come with the territory of living centrally and in a shared living space - occasional noisy back alley and unpleasant marijuana smell wafting into the suite.

The location and appearance of the property were just as advertised. The furnishing was eclectic, the beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect! I would recommend that a few additional household items like a pitcher and a cutting board. A big suggestion would be that the living room furniture be updated. If this property is advertised as sleeps 6 an air mattress is not an adequate sleeping accommodation. A sleeper sofa in the living area would be more appropriate and comfortable for both sleeping and sitting. My final suggestion would be that as part of the rental, each property should pay for a monthly parking space in a nearby parking garage. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed all that Savannah had to offer. We will be back!

Noisy but beautiful

Everything previously said was true-this condo is very noisy. From the alley to the hallway it was constant. BUT the location cannot be beat. Everything is at your fingertips and the condo is beautiful with the most comfortable mattress. If I can find it I’m going to buy it for my own home. Only disappointment is that they think 1 bath towel per person for a 4 night stay is sufficient and that if it’s not, that a renter should have to go buy laundry detergent and do laundry or pack towels of their own. 1 towel for every 2 night stay should be standard if you are going to compete with the gorgeous hotels in town. All in all our trip was unforgettable and having a safe space to rest a few hours before heading out to dinner was worth all the nightly noise.
