The Swallow Falls Inn - The Inn Collection Group

"Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty."

Did not actually stay in the Hotel but in one of the lodges behind Hotel which is ground floor level . Bathroom exceptionally clean . Bedroom clean and would benefit an upgrade . Anxious about leaving window open overnight as on ground level so felt quite stuffy at night . Full WelshBreakfast very good and served hot . Staff very pleasant . Free Good parking facilities overnight . Enjoyed our stay ."

"Room was small but had everything I needed and was clean and well maintained. Everyone I encountered on the staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was good and, due to an efficient booking system was cooked to order, fast and not crowded. There were a couple of things about the bathroom, which was tiny, that I did not understand. The shower had no soap dish or anywhere to put the shampoo or body wash except on the floor. Very inconvenient to reach down in such a confined space. The mirror above the wash basin was small (maybe 10 x 12 inches). People of different heights may or may not have been able to use it comfortably. A taller mirror is needed. These things are obvious and inexpensive."

The air con was very welcome when 33 degrees outside Great buffet breakfast, everything you could want Had a meal one evening Fantastic burger Excellent stay Would definitely stay again if in the area"

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, as was the whole place. Dated decor. Unfortunately, there was a smell of dogs when we first entered, but it did not persist the next day. Possibly guests with a dog. The breakfast was a cooked English, with all fresh tasting food, well cooked. The proprietor, Lil, was very pleasant and very helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located for exploring Northern Wales. The place was spacious and nicely appointed. We found the photos of the property to accurately represent the property. All our contracts with the host were through email and the VRBO app, but all the instructions provided were clear and detailed. Almost the entire place is wall to wall carpet - light tan, so we made sure to take our shoes off when walking in the door. The location is in an older home turned into apartments, but we never heard any noise from the other residents. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"This was a wonderful stay in a lovely cottage. We decided within a few minutes that we needed to come back and stay longer next year. The cottage was warm and comfortable. The beds were comfy. There was everything you needed provided. In spite of being situated between two busy roads we heard nothing inside as the walls are very thick. So the house is very quiet and we had a wonderful nights sleep every night. Easy walk into the town and everything available there. We would highly recommend. Xxxxx"

"The property is a fantastic base situated right in the heart of the village. For a group of 13 plus a dog, the layout worked well and offered plenty of room to breathe. Parking: Finding 4 parking spaces was a huge plus, especially since the library car park is not free. Entertainment: The playroom and piano were welcome extras that added a lot of charm and kept everyone entertained. The Garden: Truly lovely and spacious—perfect for the kids and the dog to burn off energy. Responsive Maintenance: When the boiler started leaking, the emergency team was great. They had a handyman and plumber on-site within 12 hours."
