We were there during a cold snap and the main living area was a bit on the cold side (due to another renter’s user error before our arrival the fireplace was not working) but the local management was super accommodating. They offered a discount for the fireplace and brought a space heater for us. They even extended our stay when our car battery froze, leaving us stuck until about noon...
