“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”

“everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!”

“We had concert tickets at SPAC and this was a great location for us. Ten minute drive to cute downtown area. Zakhar was wonderful! Checked in late and he was very welcoming, made the process easy. He was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Will definitely return.”

“1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All……

“This property is in a great location. It is located near many shops and restaurants and is in a great part of town. The property was clean and was perfect for a weekend visit visiting my friends with my little one. Communication with the host was very easy and they are very responsive. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the Schenectady, NY area”
