"I love this hotel great experience "

"Location is perfect! You can walk right out onto the boardwalk and beach! And for an amazing price, less than $200 a night for a balcony ocean view room. AC in the room wasn’t the best, but wasn’t unbearable. Ice machine on 6th floor was either broke or empty every time I went to use it. Bar in the lobby has also been closed both days we have been here which sucks, but there are other options along the boardwalk within walking distance. Besides those minimal things, I have zero complaints! Will definitely be back as usual! "

"Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. They removed the hot tub. They renovated and it looks great, but the real reason for the renovation was to add the lobby restaurant to save them money on breakfast and to be able to charge their guests more fees."

" The worse place I ever stayed They take your money first then say your room not ready and don’t know when it would be Three hours after check in time Very nonchalant, oh well vibe No towel or rags how about no linen for room or pool towels Pillow case had fresh lipstick/ makeup floor wasn’t swept tables wasn’t wiped down bathroom had much sand on floors So Room wasn’t cleaned toilet sit twisted had lines through it water took very long to go down Elevator broke Any questions they had excuse for it didn’t get in the pool seem they put a lot of chlorine but didn’t clean it.luckily I brought all those things even clean supplies Cleaned and disinfected my own room Forgot bring linen Did go buy what I needed. Stay far away from this place. My grands enjoyed the beach the walks park and food Shout out to Angelics diner "

"Nice location. Had no ac for over a full night and day. Was told building heat was switched on?... I like sleeping cold. Loved the view and close access to th beach. "

"Parking was fine, need to have outside trash containers. They also charge a deposit, refund 7-10 days. Didn't know they charge extra per day for a 2nd vehicle "

"The room was okay, it comfortably slept 5 people. There were some people who looked like they could've been homeless wandering by our door a bit, but nothing too crazy. The staff was very kind and helpful, and their coffee was shockingly good. The room was very clean, with recently cleaned carpets and comfortable beds. A great budget place to stay on vacation if you can handle a lower budget area and a few crazies."
