「Our stay at the Omni was excellent! The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. We loved both indoor and outdoor pool as well as the atrium bar and restaurant! The outside space is great and offers a break from your room. The location truly cannot be beat. 「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me
Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk.
