Una vacanza in relax

La casa , comoda e fresca, è a due passi dal mare ( spiaggetta raggiungibile a piedi ) e dal piccolo centro del paesino. Ha una comoda veranda , è provvista di doppi servizi e di una doccia esterna . È accessoriata e con ampi spazi. Ottima se si hanno bambini o animali domestici. Superlativa se si ama la quiete e un po’ di isolamento. La proprietaria, gentilissima, si è preoccupata di far effettuare una preventiva disinfestazione e ,in effetti, nonostante l’ubicazione , non siamo stati disturbati da insetti molesti . Nella casa è presente qualche geco che ha contribuito a tenere lontani gli insetti:)) In conclusione giudizio assolutamente positivo!!!

Per una vacanza di mare al centro del barocco siciliano

Soggiorno piacevole in zona campagna a due passi da una incantevole spiaggetta poco frequentata. Ottimo per famiglie per ampi spazi sia all'esterno che all'interno. Posizione centrale per le numerose città da visitare nei dintorni. Cortesia e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria.

Thoroughly enjoyable

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in the Sampieri house and Signora Schembri was most welcoming, attentive, and helpful; when we had questions, she was always very prompt and friendly in dealing with them. It would have been helpful to have written details on such things as setting the burglar alarm, working the television, location of rubbish bins, heating the water etc. We felt perfectly at home, safe and secure (despite previous reviews expressing unnecessary concern). There is a 3 minute stroll down the private road to a small quiet beach and a further delightful walk of ten minutes or so round the headland to the Sampieri waterfront where the beach is huge and superb; in summer months it must be extremely popular. Being now October, the village felt shut up; we found no shops open, only one restaurant and a beach cafe but supermarkets are only ten minutes drive away. There is plenty of shade round the house and ample seating of every kind and there are glimpses of the sea through the trees. There is some traffic noise but not obtrusive. Inside is quite spacious and well equipped for two persons though four or five visitors might feel that only one comfortable settee is insufficient and kitchen space and utensils are rather limited. Our ageing limbs found the bed rather hard but the air conditioning in the bedroom was most welcome as the first week of our stay was still very hot. There is plenty to see and do in the attractive Ragusa province - though the quality of the roads can mean longer travel times than you might expect! A most enjoyable stay and our sincere thanks go to Carmela.

Fantastisch !

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal bei Carmela Schembri gebucht und waren sehr begeistert . Diesmal brauchten wir innerhalb weniger Stunden vorort eine schöne Unterkunft und Carmela hat mehr als spontan reagiert, das hat uns gerettet. Noch am Abend konnten wir das Haus beziehen und hatten grosses Glück ! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in Alleinlage ,eingebettet in die Natur, in Blicknähe befindet sich ein weiteres schönes Ferienhaus von der geleichen Vermieterin, welches wir auch schon für sehr gut befanden. Dies Haus ist groß, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse geht ums Haus und man findet immer Schatten, Nachts den Sternenhimmel vom Liegestuhl aus zu bewundern ist auch sehr schön. Um das Haus herum sind gepflegte Bepflanzungen . Der Weg zum Badestrand dauert ca. 7 min,auch ein schöner Spaziergang entlang der Klippen in das schöne Sampieri ist zu Fuss in ca. 15 min gut zu schaffen . Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen und möchten uns nochmals bei Carmela Schembri für ihr großes Entgegenkommen und ihre Freundlichkeit herzlich bedanken. Familie Fuchs

Das Meer im Blick

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage zum Strand. Aufgrund der großzügigen Terrasse kann man draußen essen und entspannen. Dabei hat man das Meer stets im Blick. Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen auch wenn die Kommunikation teilweise schwierig war. Die Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden. Insgesamt kann man das Haus nur empfehlen.

Parfait pour une séjour au bord de mer et culturel

Au calme , à 500 m de la plage , parfaite pour un séjour reposant. Maison fraîche et bien équipée. Super bien située pour visiter sur la journée les villes de Ragusa, Noto, Scicli, Monica et profiter de la plage en fin de journée. Accueil parfait de Carmela ! Merci !

Posto incantevole immerso nella campagna siciliana ad un passo dal mare.

Nettamente superiore a ciò che ci si può aspettare... una villetta immersa nel verde dove pace e silenzio regnano a 2 min a piedi dal mare e posizionata in un punto strategico per poter esplorare i meravigliosi dintorni che circondano sampieri.. posto accogliente e familiare che ti invoglia a vivere la casa e soprattutto i suoi spazi esterni ventilati e freschi, fuori dal caos e dai rumori e soprattutto dalle macchine. La Signora Carmela e suo marito splendide persone disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza oltre che simpatici e molto affabili.. è stata un’esperienza splendida da rifare e la consigliamo vivamente

Bella villetta a due passi dal mare

La villetta è veramente graziosa, silenziosa e a due passi dal mare. Basta percorrere 200 metri e si è sulla spiaggia di Costa di Carro, di libera fruizione e molto gradevole. La casa poi è punto di partenza ideale per escursioni a Ragusa, Scicli, Modica e tutte le meravigliose tappe del barocco siciliano. Inoltre , per i patiti del genere, si possono visitare le location del set di Montalbano: Punta Secca e Sampieri. La villetta ci è stata consegnata pulita e in buono stato. Anche se non di recentissima costruzione, le stanze sono arredate in maniera confortevole. Non concordo con la definizione di abitazione isolata della precedente recensione, in quanto vi sono a 50 metri altre due case e comunque la villetta ha le finestre protette da grate. Anzi ... il fatto di essere un po' discosta dalle altre abitazioni ne fa , a mio parere, il suo punto di forza, perchè si gode di una quiete impagabile. Consigliabilissima!

Casa idealmente situata i...

Casa idealmente situata in vicinanza della spiaggia (circa 250 mt percorribili a piedi) di sabbia fine (mare poco profondo), piuttosto fresca per via degli alti soffitti e della grande veranda che la circonda. Casa silenziosa ideale per un perfetto relax (si dorme bene -abbiamo molto apprezzato i materassi ed i doppi cuscini- e i rumori prevalenti sono quelli della natura e del mare). La casa è raggiungibile con una berlina attraverso una breve strada sterrata ed è un po'isolata. Anche se la casa è quasi interamente protetta da inferriate, in via precauzionale, sconsigliamo di portare voi oggetti di valore o un grande quantitativo di contanti (le banche non sono lontane). Proprietari gentillissimi e, come tutti i siciliani, cordialissimi. Speriamo di tornare presto a soggiornare in questo paradiso.
