「Amazing staff, Andrew at the front desk went above and beyond for our 3 night stay. The rooms are modern and nice but there is a lack of lighting in the room as well as the beds aren’t as comfy, and the bathroom is pretty small. Those are my only cons. This hotel is huge and the perfect location for concerts at Nationwide arena. The hotel cafe breakfast is really good. Great location for a nice downtown experience and it’s walkable and safe. 」

「Room was a little stale, needed some better ventilation including the bathroom which had no fans. Otherwise an excellent stay.」

「The ice machine didn’t work on my floor, our windows were cracked we when came into the room, there was a towel on the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it was not cleaned before I arrived and the elevator wouldn’t work twice. For the about I spent on a suite and the pictures and look from inside the lobby which is beautiful I expected a lot more. 」

「Nice hotel, nice location. Lifts were a little strange and not working to full capacity. A little expensive for the state of the hotel but you are paying for the location. 」
