"The house was nice and the property is spacious. Great views from the dining room table. A little steep heading down to the dock but not terrible. Very private setting, but also only 5 mins away from pretty much anything you could need. Some nice restaurants just across the bridge in Solomons Island. Would love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks and water."

"This property was so clean, the views out the windows were spectacular, and the water is right there! I greatly enjoyed the kayak and my dog just loved the privacy he had to play in the water. The host was extremely quick to respond and was one of the nicest hosts we've ever had. Highly recommend this spot and we can't wait to return!"

"This cottage was everything the listing said and so much more. This was our first time to the area and our favorite thing about the entire trip was the cottage. Beautifully renovated, it had everything. We got a lot of rain and enjoyed sitting on the peaceful porch listening to the rain and the birds overlooking the creek. "We had a small family reunion at Lazarus Point. The families came from north and south and met here. There was plenty of room for all of us. Awesome bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of necessities to use in the home , which was very helpful since the stores are quite a distance away. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, crabbing, boating, use of the hot tub, bird watching and relaxing all around the greats decks, dock and yard. Thank you for helping us enjoy a fun family vacation!"

"We stayed 4 nights for a Spring Break with our family. The house was huge for the 5 of us. The kids had endless fun with the pool table, foosball table, darts, gaming, and movies. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. There is definitely an ant issue in the kitchen even before we brought groceries in but we just kept everything sealed. The view is beautiful! Lots of books/magazines to read. No fires allowed in fireplaces unfortunately. Towels and linens provided were...

"Family and friends gathered to meet the newest member of our family. The home is gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and spent many hours catching up around the table. The little ones liked going up to the pirates watch to look out. Adults played the arcade games. Everyone enjoyed the pool to swim at any time of day or night. We had warm weather to swim and sit on the beach. At many times the river water was like glass, adding to a relaxed atmosphere. You should wear water...
