「The room was clean, the hotel areas were nice but I feel that the staff could have been friendlier. It was kind of an awkward feeling and there wasn’t an enthusiasm to help us find where to go or to accommodate any requests. Hotel is beautiful but a little further out from Oban than the other hotels so walking is doable but challenging with rain. Breakfast was good but a little expensive for what you get. 「Lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities. We ate in the bar area as we had our dog and the staff were very welcoming. The Mull scallops were delicious as was the whisky and marmalade ice cream.
Great dog walking area with interesting wood carvings on the route.
Would definitely stay again if in the area. 」
