"The hotel is in a great location if one is looking for late night karaoke, drinking and the night life ambiance. The room we were in was pretty noisy every night, not from the hotel, but from the hustle and bustle of the outside night life. I stayed Friday and Saturday and the loud noises lasted until 2-3 am."

"Very well centered for all the sites on the west side of Orkney and a quick drive to Kirkwall and the eastern archipelago sites. Staff was fantastic and a store featuring lots of local artisans is within walking distance. Not many dinner restaurants nearby, but a grocery store across the street had plenty of options for my needs."
