After driving a few extra miles to retrieve our check-in packet, we could not tell from the materials we received what was the code to enter into the lock box in order to get the key for our unit. When we tried a set of numbers that was not identified as the lockbox code, it did not work. We called the local number that we were given. No one answered. We called the Vacasa number, and were placed on hold for about 12 minutes. Finally, a Vacasa representative gave us a four digit code, different from the six digit code we thought was the lockbox code from our packet. It worked. This all took more than 40 minutes. Quite frustrating after a long drive.
