"Love the ocean view , had a problem with one shower so we had to use just one bathroom. The WiFi wasn’t paid up so we couldn’t watch slot of programs.Otherwise, we loved it."

"We had a lovely time at Seabrook Island. The villa was clean, overlooking the marshes, which was nice. The furniture is typical beach house, but the mattress in the second bedroom is worn out. The walls are paper thin. We could clearly hear the neighbors in the adjacent unit, and if one person was awake in the villa, everyone was awake. The kitchen and bathrooms definitely need an update, and the kitchen is not stocked well with silverware, glasses and plates. My daughter and I couldn't open or close the sliding glass door to the patio, it required a lot of muscle. The big problem is the AC. The bedrooms are on the first floor, and well air conditioned. However, the only thermostat is on that level. When you go upstairs to the kitchen and living room the temperature is at least 5 degrees higher making it quite warm (it wasn't even very hot when we were there). The price was reasonable, but remember...you cannot buy a beach club amenities pass . That was not clear to me, but I pleaded with the amenities office, and they did agree to sell me one. Beautiful place to visit, the unit is basic, and clean."

"We had the most relaxing week here! The bed and pillows are amazing! The unit is equipped with everything you could need! We really loved the beach chairs and beach towels that we didn’t have to pack! And that screened-in porch…wow! We spent so much time out there eating, playing cards, watching the birds and taking in the breath-taking sunsets! It’s such a quiet place to stay yet not too far from any of the local attractions! We highly, highly recommend this beautiful rental!"

"This South Carolina Creek Watch villa was everything we hoped for and more. The view was absolutely perfect—overlooking the peaceful marsh with stunning glimpses of nature in every direction. Mornings were filled with the sounds of coastal birds, and evenings brought relaxing sunsets that made it hard to leave the porch. The villa itself was beautifully decorated with charming beach-inspired touches that created the ultimate coastal getaway atmosphere. Every room felt comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to help guests relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable, we want them at our own homes. After exploring both Charleston and Savannah, this was the perfect retreat. The serene marsh setting offered a quiet escape from the crowds while still keeping us close to all the beauty of the Lowcountry. We loved walking along the beach, searching for shells, enjoying the ocean breeze, and taking in the incredible wildlife and natural scenery. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic coastal escape with gorgeous views, beautiful beach décor, and easy access to some of the South's most charming cities, this villa is truly a hidden gem. We can't wait to return."

"Property itself was great!! The complex itself needs some work. Lots of noise in the mornings, garbage trucks, blowers and music at the pool. If the property wasn’t so great…I may complain. Will stay again…everything was fantastic!!"

"We are 2 Seniors and a 15lb furbaby. We loved the condo. Back porch was screened in and great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the birds in the marsh. Master bath shower was awesome!! Place was extremely clean and kitchen was well stocked. Condo was on 1st floor as requested. Only down side was that we are old and there was about 6 steps to get to front door. Once we got inside everything was wonderful. We didn't want to leave and we will be back. Host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks of relaxation!!"

"We stayed at this home over Memorial Day weekend and were extremely disappointed in the overall condition of the home.Upon entering the home for the first time, we noticed the carpets were filthy, the walls were badly marked and some of the furniture was ripped to shreds. We were compelled to take photos because we were shocked. The description of the home’s condition listed on VRBO and the actual condition are light years apart.There were flying gnats and hair in the shower drains and masking tape haphazardly taped around inside the bedroom door frame leading to the outdoor second floor porch.The “family fun” description of the downstairs ping pong table didn’t align with an inch of caked dust on top along with several dead roaches lying about, bicycles strewn about with flat tires and trash receptacles filled to the brim and unattended. Also the key fobs provided would not work on the neighborhood swimming pools so we were not able to use this amenity.The owners should have never knowingly rented this property in its current state. Until this property is completely and cosmetically overhauled, I would not recommend anyone renting it, much less at the price the owners are posting. There is a major disconnect with value to price payed."

"We had a fantastic stay at this Atrium Villa on Seabrook Island and would absolutely book again!The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the beach, oceanfront pools, restaurants and golf. Being able to walk everywhere made the trip so relaxing, and the first-floor access was incredibly convenient (especially with our fur babies who loved walking the beach).The two-bedroom, two-bath setup was perfect for our family, offering both privacy and comfort. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony—it’s a great spot for morning coffee with peaceful views of the golf course and ocean in the distance. The entire villa felt clean, well-cared-for, and welcoming.Overall, this is an ideal Seabrook getaway—comfortable, convenient, and dog-friendly, which is hard to find. Highly recommend to families or couples looking for a relaxing, beach-centered stay!"
