“Decent place but the elevators have no AC, miserably hot.”

“We have stayed at Compass Cove many times over the years . As always, the pools, hot tubs, etc were very clean and welcoming . The customer service this trip was terrible . Walking in upon arrival, I felt more like I was bothering the people instead of being welcomed to the facility (this has never happened before). Also, on the last morning of our stay, I called for washcloths at 7:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m, and finally had to walk over in person at 2:00 p.m. to receive them . This in my opinion is……

“Check in was a breeze, although the nice lady who checked me in didn’t give me a parking pass. I came back downstairs later and a man was working and I asked him for my pass, he chose to argue with me and tell me I was lying and I did get one after I kept telling him no I didn’t he asked for my name and room number, he then asked for my phone number I thought again he said room number and he looks at me with the biggest eyes and yells I said your phone number. Finally he hands me one but tells……

“We found every night cockroach on the room. They don’t come to clean the room unless u fight for it bc they have a police that the service is limited, after 5 days u can request it and they will come the next day. The staff r not nice to communicate. That was my first and last time in this hotel.”
