Sweet spot for island getaway

Great place for an island getaway. The property is as advertised and great to host guest. The beach is close, the golf course is closer!! Communication was great and easy check in. Get the amenity card so you can access the pool and restaurant etc… this will be communicated before your stay so just do it!!

Great location!

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! It was a great location! It was near beach accesses and pool. The place itself was comfortable. The cleanliness was the only four star. There were some stains on the carpet upstairs (probably from pets). Besides that very clean!

Overall the property was fine. I wish there was more comfy seating and the kitchen better equipped. The sliding doors were worn out . TV cable was spotty.

This was the perfect getaway, we loved everything about the place and the location was amazing. We enjoyed our stay the house had everything we needed. Best Christmas we have had in a very long time. House was perfect

Family vacation

We absolutely love Seabrook and have been going there for 20+ years. Spinnaker is a great location to the beach and the pool club and a good size to entertain. This particular unit was very dated and could use some basic upgrades.

Nice condo... nice area

We found the condo to be very nice. We read other reviews that knocked this condo as a bit aged. While it isn't as high-end as some, we found it to be very nice and comfortable. Would rent again.
