This great townhome has it all! Walk across the street to Pelican Beach to watch the sunset over the Edisto River. The clubhouse, Beach Club pools, and Atlantic Ocean are just a short stroll away. The townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is great for families.
A whimsical pelican sculpture greets you on the entry porch. Upon entering the home, you will notice the bright open space. Freshly painted in "beach" pastel colors creates a welcoming atmosphere. Tile and new wood flooring leads you to the living area where you can gather on the new comfortable furnishings, including queen sleeper sofa, for conversation or to watch your favorite shows or movies on the large HDTV. Windows allow sunlight to stream and offer panoramic views of the 18th hole of Crooked Oaks and the lagoon. The dining area has a table that seats 6 guests. Sliding doors lead to a deck with another table for 4 and a gas grill. Watch the wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers land their tee shots while enjoying cool drinks on the deck. The nearby kitchen is very well stocked. Glass front upper cabinets, granite counters, and appliances are features. Sit at the island and keep the cook company. Step through the sliding doors to the screened porch with Trex decking where there is a table for 6. Enjoy dining or playing a game on this great porch.
There are two bedrooms, wood flooring and area rugs, and two baths in this townhome. The children will love the 1st floor bedroom which features a queen bed and bunkbeds. Sliders lead to the screened porch and there is a hall bath with a tub/shower. Take the open stairway to the 2nd floor master suite. The room has a king bed, large HDTV in the armoire, and two sun decks. The master bathroom has a separate sink area and a large walk-in closet. The bathing area has a tub/shower.
This townhome is in a great location. Pelican Beach is just across the street. Walk down Seabrook Island Road or through the parking lot to the Clubhouse where you can golf on the two championship courses or dine at Bohicket Lounge or the Palmetto Room. Swim at the Beach Club pools, or dine at the Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant. Stroll to Seabrook's 3.5 miles of beach. This villa is in the perfect location.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
