「My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights). 「Staff is friendly, hotel located in front of sea with nice view. The kettle was dirty which staff changed for me on my request; The shower wasn’t draining so after one person had shower, no one else can step in as it’s like a pool. Asked reception but no assistance provided other than “sorry”. Bathroom floor got very wet after the shower so suggesting leaking somewhere.」
