“Avril was a lovely host, very chatty and friendly and knew a lot about the area and it's history. We were attending a wedding at the Seamill Hydro which is only a couple of houses along from the B&B, super handy! Our room was clean and comfortable. “Very friendly welcome and traditional B&B experience. Conveniently located near to the ferry on the waterfront in Brodick with (limited) parking in the drive or in the (free) public parking across the road. Twin room on ground floor spacious with clean ensuite with stand-up shower stall (electric heat). Excellent breakfast with plenty of options both cooked but also on the sideboard (cereals, fruit, juices, milk, etc).”

“This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been……
