“The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire place felt very dated and had a musty, unpleasant smell throughout. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding was poor quality, with worn pillowcases and visible dirty marks (as shown in my photos). This is simply not an acceptable standard for any hotel. The floors were also dirty, with bits of debris everywhere — I felt I had to keep my shoes on at all times. There were also visible cobwebs around the bed……
