This townhouse worked out perfect for our family visit. Very clean, updated/modern. The roof top deck was lovely with a great view (and quality patio furniture). Beds were really comfortable! The host is a quick responder/attentive, and that always feels good. Great location! Some things to keep in mind: these 4 level townhomes have a lot of stairs so I would not recommend for elderly or disabled. The driveway was very slender with other unit parking lining the driveway. And the garage is a very tight squeeze and tricky to get in and out of. (I have a Hyundai Tuscon SUV which is considered a compact SUV). Especially the backing out part due to the proximity of the adjacent building. But there is room to park right in front of the garage so then the challenge is the backing out down the driveway. (Thank goodness for my car backup camera). Again, this was not a huge deal for us as we are used to city/Ballard parking situations, but fyi to others. We had 5 adults in our party, and there is only one smaller couch in the living room. Not a big deal for us as we were out and about all days and not big TV people. But if you are a family who likes to be on the couch watching TV together, it would be a tight squeeze for more than a 3 adults.
