「Room was way too hot and ac didn't work to cool down after 1/2 hr. No answer at front desk for 20 min. Didn't answer phone either. Notified Expedia and they couldn't reach property manager either. Had to leave and book another room. Waste of time!
Don't book a room here. Was surprised it was even listed on Expedia.」

「Table felt sticky to touch. Carpet felt tacky. I don't know what they use to clean with but it sure seems to leave a tacky feeling. Also, I was surprised to learn I had to pay an extra $65 for my dog. When I searched for hotels that were pet friendly I thought the quote I was given included all charges!」

「This was our second stay at this property and once again we enjoyed our time. The 2-room suite was beautiful and comfortable, the scene of the lake relaxing. The included breakfast selections were great and the food was tasty.
They told us that they're currently doing renovations (5/20/26), but honestly we could not see any signs as they kept everything nice and clean. We look forward to seeing what the renovations bring because in our opinion the property is already lovely.」
