Worst place I have ever stayed in. Outside entrance to rooms, however it's advertised as a grand hotel, not a white trash motel. Refrigerator in first room was broken and defrosted and leaked all the floor and I slipped through the puddle. Lights didn’t work. Got switched to another room with loud banging AC unit and broken TV, volume wouldn't go any lower than 100. Continental breakfast was awful and nasty. One of the staff shouldn't be in customer service hotel hospitality field. She was so rude and obnoxious. She told my husband to shut up because she would only speak to me as I was the registered guest. They treat guests that book through Expedia (third parties) like 3rd rate citizens. Horrible experience and I made a complaint to the local county building department safety inspector for the many violations I observed. Very unsafe.

Check in was slow desk staff flirting/talking with previous customer. Hotel is old and in Disrepair. Bathroom door so rusty it would hardly close. Room was dirty busted shelf’s, door deadbolt not working. Room smelt musty. They want a photocopy of your license I agreed as long as I got the copy back at check out. At check out they would not give it back. I had to threaten to call the police before they gave it back to me. Never again.

Room was dirty, Refrigerator/freezer was frozen solid, TV didn't work, Some of the lighting didn't work. There was loitering/vagrant around the hotel. there were dirty diapers laying in the walkways. Then only nice place of this hotel was check in lobby. We do not recommend this hotel.

Poor Customer Service, NOT CLEAN. Issue with 2nd day reservation. They said we had to move and pay for 2nd night. We checked OUT and stayed with Family an hour away the 2nd night. Requesting REFUND

They didn’t have no first floor even when I requested the room smell like mold and the blankets stink so bad thank god I have my on sheets I was to tired to complain about this all I wanted was get there and sleep 🙄

Upon arrival on the property, the pictures on website are far from what reality is. No car in sight. Entered the lobby empty and seemed cold. No flowers in front of building like pictures show. Room had a smoke odor. The locks that usually are on the door for room was not there. Also no lock on the bathroom door. Beds were horrible. Water is scalding hot like fire to skin. If a child was to turn it on not knowing tbey would suffer from third degree burns. It is almost immediate. The pool light fixtire was hanging outside of socket in pool with the wires attached hanging in the pool. Possibility for electrocution. When walking into the pool there were froot loops and other items on the pool floor. I was very upset and disgusted. We checked in at 5pm and checked out at 6:45pm same day and went to another hotel. One that actuality matched the photos on internet. I cant get my money back but i wish i cn get at least half. Oh and i forgot, they had the audacity to ask for a security deposit in case of damages, like what else could be possibly damaged.

The room when first entering had a strange smell, but went away after we used our essential oils. The floor also needed to be steam cleaned. My white socks got dirty from the floors. Pool was nice. I wished for continental breakfast that hot water and teas could have been an option.
