House looked just like the pictures on VRBO app. Hosts provided all needed essentials. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything in Sedona. Beds are comfortable and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. One of the best places I’ve stayed in.

I 1000% recommend this property! The house is beautiful, well stocked and very clean! The location is ideal for access to all the ‘must see/do’s’. The hosts are extremely responsive and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Sedona in the future.

Wonderful Time at Charmer by the Chapel

This was one of the nicest VRBOs that I have stayed at. So clean and neat and up to date. Awesome location. We could walk to the nearby Chapel Trail and avoid having to find a place to park.

Enjoyable Return Rental

Challenging to come up with more positive things to say about this VERY desirable rental. This is our 2nd year back (1 week stay) and we had a great time relaxing in hot tub after day hiking. House is clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, updated, spacious in quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay!

This is a very nicely maintained and comfortable home. The hosts are very thoughtful with everything they included a basket of gloves and scarves etc. We would definitely stay here again!
