「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」

「Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! 」

「Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. 「Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited. 」
