「Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. 」

Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. 「Beautiful apartment so close to the centre but in a really quiet area. We stayed for a week and didn’t use the car once. Perfect location. Handy to have a parking spot. The apartment was clean and spacious and fully equipped. Would recommend.」

「I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. 「Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number. Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host. Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James.」
