“I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition. Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash. The apartment also lacked basic……

“Pros: the room was very clean Cons: there is no air conditioning and air circulation at all and even with the window wide open and a fan going all night at the beginning of October, the room was sweltering. Restaurant : took forever, food was raw and had to be sent back, they rebooked and apologized profusely and gave us a reduction on our bill.”

“What an incredible stay! ❤️”

“We had a fantastic week in a beautiful chalet. It was clean, cozy, tastefully decorated, and had a stunning view. The layout of the house is very pleasant and practical. Communication was excellent, we were helped quickly and very kindly. We would love to come back again.”

“The home is stunning! Perfect for our group of four adults with extra space. The only thing I would change about the home is having a larger TV to fit the area. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. Be prepared to buy groceries (including coffee) and get this in advance as the grocery store closes at 7pm!This was our first time staying in a chalet in the Swiss Alps and our first experience with a parking garage and access such as this. We drove from Zurich and got to the home very……

“Lovely chalet, excellent kitchen equipment and space, great hot tub. Walk up the hill keeps you fit but is fine. thanks”
