Good hotel, but another location

It’s a really good price for what the place offers. The hotel is exactly as photos. Nice staff, spacious room/bathroom. The problem is the location, is not the same as showing on the map, it’s 10min walking away.

Address shows on maps as a block up the rod so was hard to find. Checked into room, bed was nice however carpet was disgusting and room smelt stale and mouldy. Had to give $10 deposit for key upon arrival. Nice and cheap served purpose of a couple of hours shut eye before moving on.

It looks and smells like a motel than a hotel

The only things good are the pool and staff. Everything else is a NO enfortunately. The room and shower is dirty. There are no shampoos, shower gel or other amenities. It took us 30 mins to find the place coz no one knows about it around and the address is wrong.

Great place, friendly staff, nice cool pool

Staff were fantastic all really helpful and friendly and sorted us an airport shuttle and gave us an ice cold drink on oir arrival. The pool was great for cooling down after a day in the sun. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach but if you don't mind that it's great!

Out of the way

Well my taxi dropped me off where Google maps says the hotel was. Only problem is it a a kilometre further up the road. Your paid for breakfast does not include coffee which I did find strange. As hotels go it's not bad at all but it is well away from the town so it's a big walk or taxi. Staff are lovely and very friendly.

Great hotel

This is a great hotel. They picked us up from the airport for free, a free ride in their hotel SUV. Close to many street foods, restaurants, convenience stores, Easy to get taxis, or "go jek", (download the app in google play) (go car dept), one or two dollars aud only to go to the beach.

At check-in I complain about my room number 25 and they move me room 11. The room is very big with huge tv, good Internet. A good gym, nice swimming pool. The price is very good. Staff is very nice! If you are not planning to rent a motorbike, then you will be very far

Tooooo Far Out of town

Hotel itself was ok but services like food was practically non existent , Couldnt get anything to eat untill late afternoon and then it was just a club sandwich if they had any bread or maybe cup of noodles, Breakfast was fried rice with and egg on top and glass of flavoured water cordial. and thats it as far as food goes. Hotel a bit far away from anything. Always a $5 taxi fare Pool was green when we got there but clean on our last day. Staff were good and tried hard to please but understaffed and couldnt even get a beer or soft drink from the bar till late afternoon and even then limited supples . Hmm would i Recommend probably not ! Unless you want a stay at Hotel and do nothing as there is nothing outsde and around the area to see and no food outlets in walking distance

Overrated, my husband and I were so shocked how dirty and untidy the room was. We booked the hotel for 5 nights, arrived after 9:00 pm slept one night and left soon opened eyes. The was only us/guests in the hotel.

Hotel con mucha dejadez

Se trata de un hotel que hace unos años probablemente fuese excepcional, pero que muestra signos de dejadez, con una limpieza bastante justa. Es evidente que los dueños no quieren invertir en el. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación amplia. Se necesita moto o transporte para poder moverte por los alrededores. Limpieza un 0. Existian bichitos por la habitacion, las lamparas llenas de polvo. Yo no repetiria.
