Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Vila Lumbung! 🌴💕 From the amazing staff (huge thanks to Kasta and team 🙌) to the spotless rooms, relaxing spa, and clean pool with plenty of spots to chill — everything was perfect! ☀️💆‍♀️ The restaurant staff are so friendly (they even remember your name 🥰), and the security team were always there to help guests cross the busy road safely 🙏. Such a beautiful resort with the kindest people — can’t wait to come back!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. When we were sick on our departure day they allowed us to stay in the room for a small fee (very reasonable) this was honestly the best part and helped substantially. Housekeeping were lovely and the room was always clean upon our return from a day adventuring

Place is very old and extremely dirty. Bed sheets had visible stains, room filled with dead worms and roaches, I also found a lizard under my pillow. When I spoke to the staff, they didn’t have any answers. I ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night and booking elsewhere.

Lovely setting and location for a relaxing break, with everything we needed. Pool was great. Staff were lovely and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Property is quite dated but was clean. We would stay again.

We really loved the resort, BEAUTIFUL rooms, air con and good pools, and great location. However what really let it down was the poor wifi, we couldn’t even receive messages to communicate to each other in the resort, had to turn on our international roaming as it got so bad, which I’ve never done before. It’s really a shame cos they have modems in the rooms, I just don’t understand why the wifi is so weak.

The staff here are excellent, kind caring and always friendly. The hotel is a little tired and rough around the edges, however our room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast choices could have been better with more choice. overall if your looking for a budget hotel this is perfect.

This once loved and favorite hotel has aged ungracefully. In dire need of a huge makeover, or demolition. The bedding is rock hard, stained and threadbare. The pool is flatout dangerous with broken tiles everywhere, literally slicing toes left, right and centre. The water itself felt itchy and cloudy. The gardens are unkept ponds just manky with sad looking fish struggling to breathe. The staff look just as tired, and worn out as the hotel. We ledt after 1 night of a 5 nigjt stay and sought greener pastures.
