We had a splendid experience here. The resort has good maintenance, staffs are all very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Food are pretty good with their own beach club!

酒店環境設施一流，小朋友很喜歡這間酒店泳池，早餐食物豐富，質素很好，所有工作人員服務態度很好，笑容滿面。

I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful! Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. I was very pleased that the hotel upgraded us to stay in...

Awesome services at the Club!

所有職員很熱情和友善，酒店很美，每天有不同的活動可以參加。酒店連着海灘，可以看到日落。

Staffs friendly and restaurants team super nice

warm staff

I stay at Samaya on 15-16/June, The staff there was nice, no matter the reception, the staff in restaurant and Spa and the GM. They are all nice. Besides, the view is excellent too. You can sit on the beach side and enjoy a day. This is the hotel you must try in Bali.

Staff are v friendly. We love the breatfast next to the pool, felt relaxed everyday The room is spacious

Very good for vacation

Awesome villa in Seminyak, spacious room with private and clean swimming pool. Beds are so soft and comfortable, with free movies to watch. They offer 15 minutes free massage to guests, we didn't expect much from it, but it was unexpectedly relaxing and to the point. Excellent services, friendly staff with smiling faces, we have flights at 1am, and they help keep our luggages until 2230 and help us call taxi. They even offered us a shower in villa at night before our flight back. Definitely...

It was a great experience of staying in the villa. The staff of there were nice, friendly and most helpful. The facilities there were in good condition. Really enjoyed staying there. The only issues to concern are the location of villa and mosquitos.

this hotel is not as honest as i thought. people who book seaside room are usually expecting sea view. however the hotel staff told me seaside is not equal to sea view. all i can see was garden. no sea view at all. i went to the front desk and requested to change another room. they told me there was nothing they can do. the room cleaning was also disappointed. they did not clean while we went out. we need to call after we back afternoon. and they even left the dirty dish afterward. unacceptable...

Good service and keep going. Good breakfast and out of our expectations at overall.
