「 Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.」

「Fantastiskt fjällhotell med bekvämligheter utöver det normala. Väl städat hotell - vi bodde i den äldre Cristal-delen. Frukost och middag serverades på buffé med riklighet och fräschör. Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen, inga bekymmer med språk, här pratas i första hand Italienska, men även tyska och engelska.」

「1) Type in 'Alevengo' in the GPS then it will bring you there. 2) The reception area was a panoramic view of the cities and Alps, wonderful view 3) The building of the whole hotel is very modern, baring the name as a boutique hotel. 4) The restaurant, I believe, is the best in the whole province, later we discovered it is recommended by the Michelin guide. 5) The staff are attentive and speak German, Italian, and English. 6) The rooms are .... oh no ... excellent views. 「Fantastisk spaanläggning med flera olika bastu. Det fanns även lite te, saft och tilltugg om man kom tidigt, lite senare var det slut. Maten var trevlig men inte en kulinarisk upplevelse. Personalen var trevlig. Rummet var rymligt, rent och mysigt. 」
