Came back in 15 minutes and was again told the room was not clean and ready. Was told it was "Unknown" when our room would be ready. All this put us behind schedule for a wedding we were attending. We had to leave the hotel without checking in. Received a call about 2 hours later that our room was finally ready, although by this time the wedding had……

“Wonderful weekend! The airstream was perfect, the acres and acres of land were stunning…very peaceful and inviting. Our dog loved running around in the open grass and trails. We saw multiple deer every morning and evening, it was somewhat magical. The hosts were extremely friendly, available when needed and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend!!”

“Had to cut the trip short due to a family emergency. Wish we were able to stay longer. Unit was wonderful, as was the property as a whole. Nice to have pool access, as well as options for food within the community. Common area of building could use a bit more cleaning but that has nothing to do with the unit or host. I would come back.”

“The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had……
