Charming 3-bedroom 5 Bed house with WiFi & extras in delightful Geneva
10/10 Excellent
"The hosts have put so much love into this house, and have thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We absolutely loved it and will stay here again next time we visit! "
"Good location for Geneva. Two block walk to downtown shops. It is early August so restaurants are on reduced hours. One block walk to lake waterfront and visitor center. Very convenient to Seneca Lake wine trail. Hotel is clean but could use some updating, mattresses in particular. Breakfast is fine."
"We spent a week here on a family vacation—four adults and a small dog—and had a great stay. The home was exactly as advertised: clean, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished with all the necessary amenities. One bedroom on the first floor was especially convenient, and the large fenced backyard was perfect for letting our dog roam freely. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown Geneva, the Welcome Center, Seneca Lake, and several restaurants. The only issue we encountered was that the AC unit stopped working in the first-floor bedroom and wasn’t cooling the large upstairs bedroom effectively. However, Luz, the host, was responsive and offered to check on it the same day we reached out. Communication with Luz was great from the start; she even contacted me directly prior to our stay to clarify the timing of the fence construction, addressing a concern I had.Overall, a comfortable home in a great location with a helpful and communicative host. We would definitely stay here again!"
"Perfect homebase for exploring the northern finger Lakes region. Stay was within an hour of the finger Lakes region, including Rochester and Lake Ontario."
"The house is nicely renovated and very well appointed. Very clean! It has a large kitchen with just about everything you could need for pans, appliances, and misc. We did not cook much but appreciated the availability. The bed was comfortable and the linens good. The furniture was also comfortable. AC worked well to keep us cool during the heatwave. The neigborhood is quiet. The house is not really close any significant places of interest, but we chose it for the central location to various family members. "
