"This is my 3rd or 4th year consecutively stay in this hotel. All services are great, and staffs are kind and professional
as usual. The only problem is this time my room wifi was very unstable. My phone or laptop disconnected and reconnected to the room wifi several times when I needed to use wifi."

"Breakfast is great ! Family Mart in 5 mins walking distance . Shinjuku station is a bit far (maybe 15mins walking ) but is nice to stay a bit away from station since it would be quieter . Highly recommend. "
"We travelled as a family of 4 so their room set up was perfect for us. There was even a little kitchen area. Location of hotel was perfect for us because we had wanted to shop and eat around the Shibuya area anyway. Also lots of yummy looking local restaurants in the streets behind the hotel - worth exploring!"
