"Very happy with hotel only reason it’s not perfect was check in was late. There is department store, restaurant and café But I was so tired I had to kill my time till till check in time at cafe falling a sleep. I wish check in time was earlier. "

"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "

"The best self-service hotel I’ve stayed in. The apartment was well insulated and came with really strong floor heaters (that we had to turn down). Toiletries are high quality, there was cable TV and a massive fridge. Kitchen was fully equipped and the entire property was really clean. Really appreciate the self-serve luggage storage as well!"
