You can tell the property was old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The bed was very comfortable so I slept well even with early morning construction noises just next to the hotel. The room was dark even during the day, but I was gone most of the time do it's fine. The bathroom lights shut off on it's own after 30 min or so. I had to turn it back on if I was getting ready in there. It was close to bus and train stations, markets, and restaurants. They do charge for ice. Overall, it was a decent stay in one if the better rooms I've stayed in.

The housekeeping service was excellent, the front desk friendly, the neighborhood convenient. My only dissatisfaction was with the soundproofing, which is insufficient for the noise of construction during the day and the passionate cries of romantic neighbors at night.

I had a good time with this hotel and it would be one I'd consider using again. The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly and able to help with an issue I had with my room. The first room I had there was an issue with the bathroom. After speaking with staff they were able to change my room. The room was maintained well by the cleaning staff who were very friendly.

The staff are lovely, I can’t stress enough that the following review doesn’t reflect in the staff but the owners! The rooms a good size and it’s close to public transport. But there is building work on 3 sides, construction sounds start at 7am and this is long term work that will go on for years. Whilst the rooms are relatively clean, the duvet covers had holes in and are clearly needing to be replaced. The free load of washing came back with some of my items discoloured so whoever the company they use are, they have never heard of a cool wash for mixed colours. The jacuzzis have the large jets turned off for safety reasons. Also when I booked it said I would have an outside patio or balcony. There was an inside patio style area in my room but definitely not outdoor patio or balcony. In fact there is no area like that on 3 sides of the building so this was false advertising. The outside area out the front of the hotel would be so much nicer if they put a mosquito repellent out there. I got 40 bites sitting out there with friends in one night. My legs were a mess. As others have said the rooms are very dark. I used one of the lamps angled towards a mirror to do my make up as it’s so dark, you can’t do it otherwise. The bar and restaurant closes at 3pm and not late night as it says and the menu very limited. There are signs celebrating NYE for 2yes ago on the building. I feel like the owners have stopped caring and it’s just the staff doing the best they can.

I did enjoy my stay at the hotel the staff are very helpful, even the cleaning staff despite English not being their first language we were able to communicate with the little Korean language I could speak. The receptionist and concierge are also very helpful and courteous. I know we foreigner are used for hotel staff smiling we have to be mindful that southKorea is different when it come to this they don’t smile that’s much but them mean well and will great you when ever they see you. I also want to thank the staff that helped printed my homework he was extremely helpful. The only down side is that they was a construction beside the hotel I got to be aware of it after booking the hotel but I decided not to cancel as I feel they noise won’t be too much since the rooms were sound proof, the minibar is not the same as you expect it to be and also the lounge closed down. Will I lodge again yes I love the location and hotel.

the parking guy forgot to turn off the engine of the car. it was winter the battery was out. the reception guy was not that considerate before. i undertand due to covid, there are shortage of staffs. but i think u should educate your newbies.

Great place
The room was very clean. Lighting was dim, and the room had a NYC STUDIO appearance with exposed brick walls which added to the ambiance. We had the jacuzzi room and it was very clean, The jets were not very powerful. The bedding was great Overall the stay, service, and room were good.

I stayed one night in a Jacuzzi room and my only regret is I didn’t stay longer. HUGE room and the jacuzzi could have fit four people! The staff was pleasant and the amenities were so that you wouldn’t have to bring any toiletries. The property is just a few blocks from a subway line (be sure to download Naver to get around, as Google doesn’t work in Korea). I’d absolutely stay here again without batting an eye. Definitely a great break from the “party districts” like Iteawon or Hongdae but still close enough to get anywhere rather quickly. - Solo traveler in my early 40s (but a couple would be VERY happy here).

I really liked that the rooms has dedicated space for spa. Spa room is very spacious. Bedroom and bath area was also nice. Several minus things are: it’s quite dark overall. It’s hard to read something; No cutlery. Didn’t expect it to have full knives and forks, but at least something. Even no tea spoon; and doors of toilet and showroom is almost transparent. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

luxurious room located near subway station
It was a fancy and clean hotel. The building itself is not big, but the room is very spacious. Ten story building and there were only about 4 to 5 rooms per floor. It had privacy, and was located near dangsan subway station. I could hear some people talking on the streets a night but other than that I am very satisfied with this hotel’s all amenities.

Hotel was pretty good
The wall was the first problem I noticed it had an oil stain. Everything else looked good the tub was clean, we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize the extra charge for a 3rd person. But that wasn’t terrible.The only thing missing was a better view and Full privacy between the bathroom and shower.

Great place for short and long term stays
Great place. Jacuzzi highly recommended. Bed was clean and well made each morning. Superb location with easy access to Line 9 and Line 2, major subway lines in Seoul. Lots to eat nearby. Will definitely stay again.
