Very comfortable and clean room in a very beautiful hotel close to Yongsan station. The staff were excellent. Many restaurants close by. Money value for this hotel.

Wonderful, new professionally managed hotel in prime location. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and the hotel amenities were excellent. The location is exceptional, being central to Seoul and located next to a major train station and huge shopping mall. With trains, 3 subway lines, taxi and buses all a 2 minute walk. This stay will beat most of the 5 star hotels you will find in Seoul.

Our second stay at ROKAUS Nine Tree Premier at Yongsan and we enjoyed it so much. Very quiet, but with the amazing I Park Mall right next door for great shopping. The Yongsan Train Station beside the hotel allowed us to travel to so many other areas. Loved every minute at this hotel.

Great location and very convenient transport from airport bus service as it stops in front of the hotel. Easy and speedy walk next to mall and subway/train station. Convenience store inside the hotel which also made this stay extra worth it. There is a gym, with self service laundry which was necessary for our long vacation. Staff are great although some struggle with English, communication was not difficult. Overall great stay 10/10 would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS Hotel in all respects. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet facilities were lovely - the rooms were so clean. All staff were courteous and friendly. I Park Shopping Centre was beside the hotel with a fabulous variety of shops and eateries, with Yongsan Train Station below. Only two stops in to Seoul Station. We used the rail system to visit other areas for shopping and sightseeing and found it very user friendly. The GS25 convenience store is in the hotel and was so well stocked and scrupulously clean. We loved our stay 9 Tree Premier ROKAUS and will return.
