"It’s a very grand hotel with amazing view of the Sakuajima. Loved the onsen! Great services and a good variety and quality of breakfast. The only thing that bothered me was the thin walls of the room it can get a bit noisy at night, but everything else was good enough to make up for the only problem. "Location-wise it is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The size of the room is probably at least double of any business hotels around the Kagoshimachuo Station area. Very nice to have a cloth dryer in the bathroom so you can enjoy warm and fully dried towels. The fridge is also a good size one (not the typical hotel cube) so you can stock it up more when staying there for a longer period. "

"This hotel is in the Tenmonken area of Kagoshima. It was a great area to use public transportation for our adventures. We bought a 2 day CUTE Pass from the Tourist Information Center in CenTerrace shopping area. We were able to use it on the Kagoshima City Bus, the Kagoshima City View Bus, the ferry to Sakurajima, the Island View Bus on Sakurajima, and the trams in Kagoshima. Great deal! The hotel was perfectly situated and very comfortable. "

"This hotel was convenient to the train station and fine for a short stay. The rooms have not been updated recently and the furniture and carpets show their age. The bathroom is tiny and two persons will have to take turns using it. However, the rooms are very clean, as is the lobby and reception area. "It is a nice and quiet hotel. However, the cleanliness, need to be improved. On the arrival, the toilet and floor were not properly clean. Also there was not enough toilet paper (of course it is ok that it wasn't new), however the two rolls were almost finishing... and during the next two days they didn't supply new toilet paper. (i used tissues that I had brought with me)... When I asked at the front desk, they seemed surprised... like if I were using it in an abnormal way or in excessive...
