Appartement très bien situé avec vue imprenable face à la plage, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur (3ème étage) et manque la Climatisation du fait il faut laisser le fenêtre de chambre ouverte et baie pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur Mais Inconvénient le bruit de la circulation du boulevard en dessous très fréquenté ( scooters, motos, véhicules bruyants)
