Great Cabin

We wanted a little family getaway in the mountains and this cabin was absolutely perfect for that! We loved how remote if felt, while still being near local attractions. Lots of things to do in the cabin and beautiful views if you just want to relax. Would definitely stay again.

Great Spot in the Smokey Mountains

Overall great experience. This property has a ton of amenities to keep you busy after a long day in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge. About 6 miles from each so it's a quick jaunt to all of the entertainment.

Made contact with the company as soon as we arrived due to some issues at the cabin and was told maintenance would be in touch with me but never heard from them. Called a second time for another issue and was still not contacted. Once we checked out I stopped by the office to speak to them about it and was told maintenance stopped by and left a hanger on the door. When I told the lady in the office that nobody had been by she told me that they had and that they uploaded a picture of the hanger they left on 11/13 at around 3:30p. The issue with that is that our stay at the cabin was 11/22-11/26. The only response I got from them was “sorry”. Will absolutely not book a cabin through summit again.

We did enjoy the view, however the cabin was VERY small. It appeared to be a lot larger. There were scratches on the door and table. There was not any cable. The game room is definitely not a game room. Will not be returning.

It was horrible.It was super cold & drafty. & they wouldn't help us at all.

It lacked lots of utensils, & dining plates,forks ect. Super drafty, from the doors, & windows. The bed downstairs wasn't comfortable at all. We tried to get moved to another cabin, but they wouldn't even think about helping us. & I had to keep the cabin stocked up on toilet paper, & paper towels. You'd imagine renting it for a week, you'd be stocked for a weeks stay, but nope. It was just all around a van place to stay. It was so cold that the downstairs was literally unusable. Worst Christmas Vaca ever! Please save your time & money and find somewhere else to enjoy your TN trip.

BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER!!!!

Great privacy on the back deck.The coffee maker was way outdated,The cabin had NO TOILET PAPER,NO PAPER TOWELS,NO DISH LIQUID.We have stayed at many VRBO cabins,this was the only one we ever visited with ZERO STARTER SUPPLIES.Overall it’s a very spacious place to stay just know it doesn’t come with basic supplies like most VRBO CABINS.

Nice clean beautiful but very loud from construction to what sounded like Gun shots or fireworks.

Very nice cozy place. We had a nice time and it was close enough to Gatlinburg And Townsend where we like to spend most of our time when visiting the smokies.

Great stay, good location!

Got a great calf workout walking the dog up and down the street! LOL! Easy drive to the park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Ping pong table could use some TLC. First floor bath is a bit odd and tight for a big guy. Cabin was clean and fun, especially for kids.

It was not what expected. Paid alot of money and when it rained it leaked over my bed. The TV remote was tore up had to download app on phone,door to balcony would not lock. So much more .

Cozy cabin

Would recommend for 8 people or less. Small living room and kitchen. We did have enough room around the table for 10. Could use more blankets and a deep clean. Wish the arcade and air hockey table worked. Review Google map to assess if parking and slopes will work for you. Walking the dogs was up and down the road without much room to go. Convenient to Rocky Top sports complex and Pigeon Forge.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of amenities, but lacks finer details that would really set it apart!

The renting process was easy, though the contract info from Summit does differ from VRBO information. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of amenities. The hot tub was fantastic, no issues at all. The cabin lacked some finer points though. Regarding the kids play area, ping pong net was broken and there was only 1 ping pong ball, air hockey didn't function because cord was removed, foosball didn't have a ball so could not be played. Regarding the kitchen, there was no salt or pepper, and some of the pans were dirty. Overall good experience, some minor adjustments and this becomes a great experience!
