Reviewer Comments: The cabin was amazing, everything it was pictured as online, unlike other companies that use very old pictures of their cabin, Elk Springs Resort actually follows through with their promise of a wonderful stay. The pool was great, hot tub was amazing to relax in, very secluded area. The kids loved the theater. Will definitely be booking again!

We loved the serene and private location of the house away from the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. We had a concern about the hot tub and they sent someone out that evening. The kids loved the pool, game room, and theater room. The adults loved watching march madness in the outdoor family room. Wish we could stay longer.

Our family of 11 enjoyed movie nights with popcorn, swimming in the pool, the game room, and playing board games! A couple of items were not as shown in the online pictures (deck TV and basketball hoop were not there), but nothing that impacted the fun we had! Our trip was complete when we saw a bear from the kitchen window!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the cabin is really nice and accommodating for our family. We had a great time enjoying the amenities it offered. The outdoor area is well suited for a cozy campfire and a quick dip into the hot tub. The lower level pool is a bonus and provides a luxurious feel. The main floor outdoor patio is awesome and has plenty of seating to watch a football game or any event/movie. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were quickly resolved by the resort staff. The resorts responses to any questions we had were incredibly swift and timely. A+++ to the staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elk Springs was extremely responsive to every request. Home was just as pictured with cozy mountain cozy decor and fixtures. Drive to property was much easier than other TN rentals we had. Outdoor space with forest view and stream in distance was serine and much enjoyed. Beds were comfortable and home layout was roomy, not at all cramped. Car port was great for rainy day coverage. There were closets with appreciated hangers and luggage rack in all bedrooms. Xfinity boxes or smart tvs allowed for streaming sign ins even though documentation said otherwise. Tap water was great tasting. We love to cook on vacation and kitchen was lacking basic supplies and storage. We planned ahead brining clear tubs to store purchased food. A pantry and microwavable dishes would be a great addition to the kitchen. Movie room was one of the best we have seen. Sonos sound through out the house was a wonderful and appreciated feature. Kids thought they hit the jackpot with game room, pool and bonus mini golf rug. Location provided an easy drive to all action of Pigeon Forge area. We enjoyed all the thoughtful features of Livin the Dream!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful. Everything looks like the pics shown. The kitchen is even better than shown. We cooked our grilled at least once our twice a day or entire stay. You will not have any spices, condiments,etc. Also only 1 roll of paper towel and TP for each bathroom. This is all noted in the listing. The house was very clean. They probably could ruin a mop over basement floor. We didn't use the theater room. Guys spent most of time playing Golden Tee! The hit tub was large and pool was relaxing.We saw a couple of bears. One in the neighborhood and one in the driveway. Oh, driveway is huge with a carport!And if anyone is reading and freaked out by the word neighborhood don't be. The home is in a "neighborhood" but for now most of the homes are far apart. Unfortunately looks like quite a bit of construction going on in several sites. That's ashame because this really is a beautiful area. Distance to PF is about 15 mins. We were in town for dance nationals and had to run back and forth several times. Gatlinburg was just about 20-25 mins. Depending on traffic.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedrooms had no storage in the master for anything. Everything I had was stored on the floor.Second floor bedrooms were small. Again, little storage. People kept running into the bedframes and hurting themselves.The bunk beds had no place for suitcases or bags. Everything ended up on the floor. So everyone was walking all over their belongings the whole time.The copper sinks may look cool, but are very impractical. They should be recessed into the counter. Because the sink edges are so high, I had water dripping down my arm and on to the floor every time I used the sink.The showers need a door or a curtain. The pebble floor was sharp. Had someone cut their heal. At least put a shower mat in.Couldn't use the outdoor fire pit because of the numerous bears roaming around. We barricaded the patio so the bears wouldn't wander unto it. Bring your bear whistle with you.The basketball support and backboard were missing. We took basketballs that couldn't be used.Needed bigger trash receptacle.Second floor patio was good. Outside cooking station was nice. Would have liked a flat top too.The water filter on the refrigerator was 99 days overdue. It should have been replaced before we took possession.Pool was adequate for the kids.Kitchen was spacious. No plastic glasses for the kids.Plastic plates were flaking after being put in the dishwasher.Large dining table was nice. The island was very warped and hard to work on.

the house was absolutely beautiful!!! It was roomy, cozy, quiet - everything we needed. However your pic showed basketball hoop and my kids were devastated that there was not one there when we arrived. We had such a beautiful weekend to play outside and they were ready to play against their cousins that all play basketball. That was probably the one big fail!!Also, I would love to find out the brand name of the mattress that was in the master bedroom on main floor. It was a regular mattress that was sooooo comfortable - so comfortable that we want to go buy one since we are in the market to do so.Thank you for offering your house, we absolutely had the best time.

It is very isolated and quite a drive up a winding road so keep that in mind if you would like easy access. However it was not cleaned very well before we checked in. There was some trash left on the floor and the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. It could use a good cleaning.
