A Wonderful Trip

The property was just as described in the listing. Julie was very accommodating and answered all my questions quickly especially in the week leading up to the trip. The views were amazing, and the flow of the house worked well with us having a 2-year-old. My only suggestion would be to have baby gates at the property because there are a lot of steps. Luckily, we brought our own but note they will need to be a little wider than your standard gates. We enjoyed cooking and being with family. It was a nice respite from the chaos of Pigeon Forge.. We would definitely stay again.

Best Luxury Cabin in Pigeon Forge Area

We brought our entire family of 8 for a wedding and didn’t want to leave the house. The house was so big that everyone had their own space. It was well appointed and stocked with everything you might need, even plenty of spices. We just brought the groceries. The children loved the heated pool and the adults loved the hot tube. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property

Overall great stay, awesome cabin with beautiful views. We have stayed in some nice cool cabins in the Smokey’s but wow this place is simply great! I was worried that it wouldn’t live up to pictures but wow it exceeded them. The ONLY reason I gave an overall 4 star was because of the pool temperature being to high. Apparently there was an issue with the heater and overheated the pool (97-99° F) for most of our stay. The owner was great about it and did what they could to accommodate. Definitely appreciate the promptness of communication. This was not a thing the owner could’ve planned for or done any different, things fail. But unfortunately it did affect our stay with the young kids and adults on certain medication required limiting their exposure to the pool room. Wow this is an amazing place!! And take away the pool issue this would’ve been an flawless experience!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, and had room for all 10 of us of varying ages. We all loved the house and the wonderful views. We had a mishap the first night with the oven, but management was quick to respond and a maintenance person was there that night to correct the issue. The indoor pool is not heated, and even in the summer runs a little chilly. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very powerful storm on the last evening of our trip. I notified management of the issues we started dealing with because of this storm and they were responsive quickly, and I hope they resolve the issues we dealt with quickly before the next storm comes through. I will just reiterate another review that if you happen to be in this house during a storm and lose power, that you unfortunately lose access to water, as well, and will not be able to flush toilets or have any sort of access to water at any sink. We didn’t find this ideal with 10 people in the house and chose to leave early and stay at a hotel, but some people might love that authentic mountain experience. Power was restored later that same night, but we didn’t want to wait around to see since our stay was almost over anyway. I’m still giving this property 5 stars because the first three nights of our trip were amazing and the house was great, management was always quick to respond, and the weather is out of everyone’s control.

Beautiful Property in the Mountains!

This home was truly spectacular. Secluded in the mountains surrounding Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN, the home offered both tranquility and luxury amenities. These included beautifully appointed rooms throughout (with very comfortable beds!), indoor pool, and a wonderful game room we all enjoyed. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen, used the conveniently located bbq grill (on a very spacious deck off the main living level), and comfortable seating areas. Julie was an amazing host, always quick to respond to even the most mundane questions, and she made the entire process a breeze! We will definitely book again with Julie and recommend this property to anyone looking for a mountain escape!
