Wonderful place to stay

Very nice hot tub that looked out to the Smokey Mountains. Not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean the floors but they felt a little sticky but other than that we all enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Thank you everyone at Elk Spring Resorts!

Everything was kept up well and we were lucky enough to have it snow during our stay. It was a nice quiet street with an incredible view. The only complaints I had were with the pool area, it needs an update and needs to be heated more. Also, the cabin could use another set of frying pans, towel hooks and a kehrig. The staff were very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions and concerns. Overall, I would stay in this cabin again. Thanks!

The code we were given for the front door didn't work, so we had to stand in the cold for about 10 minutes before we could get through to get a new code, but it was resolved quickly. The biggest problem was the hot tub was cold, we notified them, but we told them we weren't going to use it, so I hope it gets resolved for future visitors.

Great family vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Our kids never left the pool/hot tub/ game area when we weren’t out and about. The garage door was so nice to have from the pool to the deck to the hot tub! The view was by far the most amazing part of our stay... breathtaking! Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sprawl, lounge, and watch tv or enjoy the view. The drive to the lodge was a bit intimidating initially but after a few trips up we got more comfortable with it. Would definitely recommend!
